सिंगापुर के संक्रमण रोग विशेषज्ञ डॉ.अशोक कुरुप का कहना है कि कोरोना से संक्रमित होने के 11 दिन बाद मरीज से दूसरों को संक्रमण का खतरा नहीं है। 11 दिन बाद मरीज को हॉस्पिटल से डिस्चार्ज किया जा सकता है भले ही उसका टेस्ट पॉजिटिव क्यों न हो।
कोरोना के 73 मरीजों पर हुई रिसर्च में यह बात सामने आई है। शोधकर्ताओं का कहना है कि ये नतीजे हॉस्पिटल में मरीज को जल्द डिस्चार्ज करने में मददगार साबित होंगे और मेडिकल सुविधाएं मिलनेसे ज्यादा लोगों को फायदा हो सकेगा।
7-10 तक रहता है संक्रमण का समय
वर्तमान में हॉस्पिटल में दो बार निगेटिव टेस्ट आने पर डिस्चार्ज करने की अनुमति मिलती है। शोधकर्ताओं के मुताबिक, रिसर्च का डाटा कोरोना महामारी की शुरुआत से ही इकट्ठा किया गया है। नतीजों के रूप में सामने आया कि मरीज में लक्षण दिखने का समय संक्रमण के 7 से 10 दिन का रहता है।
टेस्ट में वायरस के कण मिलने पर रिपोर्ट पॉजिटिव
नेशनल सेंटर फॉर इंफेक्शियस डिसीज ने हाल ही में रिसर्च रिपोर्ट रिलीज की है। शोधकर्ताओं का कहना है कि मरीजों की जांच में कई बार वायरस के सूक्ष्महिस्से यानी डेड पार्टिकलमिलने पर रिपोर्ट पॉजिटिव आती है जबकि इससे संक्रमण का खतरा नहीं होता है। मरीज की इलाज के दो हफ्ते बाद तक रिपोर्ट पॉजिटिव आ सकती है।
रेप्लिकेशन का सबसे अधिक खतरा पहले हफ्ते में
शोधकर्ताओं का कहना है कि वायरल के रेप्लिकेशन (अपनी संख्या बढ़ाने) होने का खतरा बीमारी के पहले ही हफ्ते में होता है। बीमारी के दूसरे हफ्ते में वायरस रेप्लिकेशन की स्थिति में नहीं पाया गया। संक्रमण रोग विशेषज्ञ डॉ. अशोक कुरुप का कहना है कि रिसर्च अभी भी जारी है और अधिक डाटा सामने लाने की कोशिश की जा रही है।
साउथ कोरिया के वैज्ञानिकों ने भी की पुष्टि
साउथ कोरिया के सेंटर्स फॉर डिसीज कंट्रोल एंड प्रिवेंशन के वैज्ञानिकों ने हाल ही में अपनी रिसर्च में दावा किया है कि इलाज के बाद जिन मरीजों की रिपोर्ट पॉजिटिव आई है उसका कारण शरीर में मौजूद कोरोनावायरस के मृत कण हो सकते हैं। शोधकर्ताओं का कहना है कि इनसे संक्रमण नहीं फैल सकता। यह रिसर्च 285 ऐसे कोरोना सर्वाइवर पर की गई है जो इलाज के बाद पॉजिटिव मिले थे।
285 सैम्पल का पीसीआर टेस्ट हुआ
शोधकर्ताओं का कहना है कि 285 मरीजों के सैम्पल में कोरोनावायरस के न्यूक्लिक एसिड की पुष्टि के लिए पीसीआर टेस्ट किया गया। जांच के जरिए यह समझने की कोशिश की गई कि दोबारा पॉजिटिव आने वाले मरीजों में वायरस जिंदा है या उसका कोई हिस्सा है। रिसर्च में साबित हुआ कि पॉजिटिव आने वाले मरीजों में वायरस संक्रमण फैलाने के लिए सक्रिय नहीं होता।
