कोरोना की वजह से 62 दिन से बंद रहीघरेलू उड़ानें सोमवार से शुरू हो गईं। हालांकि, घरेलू उड़ानें शुरू करने के फैसले पर कई राज्यों ने आपत्ति भी जताई थी। क्योंकि, इनका ऐसा मानना था कि उड़ानें शुरू होते ही लोगों की आवाजाही शुरू हो जाएगी और इससे कोरोना फैलने का खतरा भी बढ़ सकता है।
ये डर इसलिए भी है, क्योंकि 1 मई से प्रवासी मजदूरों के लिए श्रमिक स्पेशल ट्रेनें चलाई जा रही हैं। इन ट्रेनों से जो मजदूर घर पहुंच रहे हैं, उनकी कोरोना रिपोर्ट पॉजिटिव आ रही है। इसका एक उदाहरण गोवा है। गोवा 19 अप्रैल को कोविड फ्री घोषित हो गया था, लेकिन अब वहां 50 मरीज हैं। ज्यादातर वही मरीज हैं, जो दूसरे राज्यों से गोवा लौटे हैं।डर का एक कारण घरेलू उड़ानें शुरू होने से मामले तेजी से बढ़ने का भी है।
5 राज्यों में 25 मई तक 1 लाख 647 मरीज सामने आए
स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय ने बीते शुक्रवार को ही बताया है कि देश में 80% मरीज सिर्फ 5 राज्यों में हैं। ये 5 राज्य- महाराष्ट्र, तमिलनाडु, गुजरात, दिल्ली और मध्य प्रदेश हैं। 25 मई तक इन 5 राज्यों में 1 लाख 647 मरीज सामने आ चुके हैं। जबकि, देश में 1 लाख 38 हजार 845 मरीज हैं।एयरपोर्ट अथॉरिटी ऑफ इंडिया यानी एएआई पर अप्रैल तक के आंकड़े मौजूद हैं। इसके मुताबिक, मार्च-अप्रैल में इन 5 राज्यों में 61% यात्री या तो विदेश से आए थे या यहां से दूसरे देश लौटे थे। जबकि, इन दो महीनों में देश के 47% यात्रियों का मूवमेंट भी इन 5 राज्यों में हुआ। हमारे देश में 23 मार्च से अंतरराष्ट्रीयऔर 25 मार्च से घरेलू उड़ानें बंद हैं। लेकिन, इस बीच विदेश में फंसे भारतीयों को देश में लाया गया है। इन यात्रियों को बाद में उनके राज्य भी भेजा गया।
मार्च-अप्रैल में कितने यात्री आए-गए?
एएआई के आंकड़ों के मुताबिक, मार्च में 1.64 लाख से ज्यादा एयरक्राफ्ट के मूवमेंट एयरपोर्ट पर रहे। इनमें से 77 हजार 338 का मूवमेंट सिर्फ 5 राज्यों में ही रहा। इन फ्लाइट से 25.78 लाख से ज्यादा यात्री विदेश से या तो आए या फिर लौट गए। वहीं, घरेलू उड़ानों से 1.5 करोड़ घरेलू यात्रियों ने यात्रा की थी। इनमें से 70.82 लाख से ज्यादा यात्री इन्हीं 5 राज्यों में आए या यहां से दूसरे राज्य गए। अप्रैल में सिर्फ 5 हजार 523 एयरक्राफ्ट का ही मूवमेंट रहा। इनमें से 3 हजार 368 का मूवमेंट 5 राज्यों में था। अप्रैल में 60 हजार से ज्यादा यात्रियों ने यात्रा की। इनमें से 51 हजार से ज्यादा विदेश से और 10 हजार से ज्यादा घरेलू यात्री थे।

महाराष्ट्र में बने 7 अलग-अलग एयरपोर्ट पर मार्च और अप्रैल के महीने में सबसे ज्यादा यात्रियों का मूवमेंट रहा। यहां इन दो महीनों में 4.88 लाख से ज्यादा इंटरनेशनल और 23.50 लाख से ज्यादा डोमेस्टिक पैसेंजर थे।जबकि, कोरोना से सबसे प्रभावित इन 5 राज्यों में मार्च-अप्रैल में 16 लाख से ज्यादा इंटरनेशनल और करीब 60 लाख डॉमेस्टिक पैसेंजर का मूवमेंट रहा।
