पाकिस्तान से राजस्थान के रास्ते देश में घुसे टिड्डी दल ने किसानों की परेशानियां बढ़ा दी हैं। देश के 9 राज्यों को टिडि्डयों का खतरा है। इनमें राजस्थान, पंजाब, हरियाणा, मध्य प्रदेश, गुजरात, महाराष्ट्र, छत्तीसगढ़, तमिलनाडु और पश्चिम बंगाल जैसे राज्य शामिल हैं।
राज्यों ने इस संकट से निपटने की तैयारियां कर ली हैं। साथ ही अधिकारियों और किसानों को अलर्ट कर दिया है। फसल और पेड़ पौधों को चट कर जाने की क्षमता रखने वाले इन कीटों को मानसून तक खत्म करने की तैयारी है, क्योंकि उसी समय खरीफ की फसल तैयार होगी और टिड्डी दल उसे भारी नुकसान पहुंचा सकता है।
टिडि्डयों ने हजारों हेक्टेयर फसल नष्ट की
केंद्र सरकार के टिड्डी चेतावनी संगठन (एलडब्ल्यूओ) ने बताया है कि ये टिडि्डयां आने वाले महीनों में किसानों के लिए खतरा बन सकती हैं। इन्हें मानसून से पहले खत्म करना जरूरी है। ऐसा नहीं किया गया तो खरीफ की फसलों पर बहुत बुरा असर पड़ेगा। टिडि्डयां राजस्थान, मप्र, गुजरात और महाराष्ट्र में 303 जगहों पर 47 हजार 308 हेक्टेयर फसल को नुकसान पहुंचा चुकी हैं।
राजस्थान: ड्रोन से कीटनाशक का छिड़काव; 89 फायर ब्रिगेड भी तैयार
राजस्थान के कृषि विभाग ने जयपुर में टिड्डियों को नियंत्रित करने के लिए कीटनाशक के छिड़काव के लिए एक ड्रोन की मदद ली है। जयपुर के सामोद में ड्रोन का उपयोग किया गया। इतना ही नहीं 89 फायर ब्रिगेड से छिड़काव की तैयारी की जा रही है। पाकिस्तान से 11 अप्रैल को भारत में घुसे टिड्डियों के दल राज्य के 6 जिलों में प्रवेश कर चुके हैं।
राज्य के उच्च शिक्षा मंत्री भंवर सिंह भाटी ने टिडि्डयों से निपटने के लिए 120 सर्वे व्हीकल और 810 ट्रैक्टर से स्प्रे कराने की तैयारी की जा रही है।
उत्तर प्रदेश: टिड्डी दल झांसी पहुंचा, 13 जिलों में भी अलर्ट
टिडि्डयों का दल बुधवार को उत्तर प्रदेश के झांसी पहुंच गया। झांसी मंडल के कृषि उप निदेशक कमल कटियार ने बताया कि झांसी के गरौठा इलाके से टिडि्डयों को भगाने की कोशिश की जा रही है। यह दल लगभग एक किमी क्षेत्र में फैला हुआ है।
टिड्डियों को भगाने के लिए कीटनाशकों का छिड़काव किया जा रहा है। वाहनों पर डीजे लगाकर शोर किया जा रहा है। उधर, ललितपुर, आगरा, मथुरा और कानपुर देहात समेत 13 जिलों में सतर्कता बढ़ा दी गई है।
महाराष्ट्र: नागपुर में 17 किमी क्षेत्र में टिडि्डयों का आतंक
टिड्डियों का दल महाराष्ट्र के नागपुर में घुस चुका है। इस दल के रामटेक शहर की ओर बढ़ने की संभावना जताई जा रही है। टिड्डियों का 17 किमी के इलाके में फैला दल पहले नागपुर के कोटल के फेत्री, खानगांव के खेतों में घुसा। फिर वर्धा के आश्ती ताल्लुका पहुंचा, जहां कुछ इलाकों में संतरे और सब्जियों की फसलों को नुकसान पहुंचाया।
कृषि विभाग के मंडलीय संयुक्त निदेशक रवि भोसले ने बताया कि टिड्डियों को खेतों से कीटों को हटाने की कोशिश की जा रही है।
छत्तीसगढ़: किसानों को हमले से बचाने के उपाय बताए जा रहे
छत्तीसगढ़ के राजनांदगांव में लाखों की संख्या में टिड्डियों के आने की आशंका है। टिड्डी दल के संभावित हमले को लेकर प्रशासन ने अलर्ट जारी कर दिया है। किसानों को अपनी फसलों को टिड्डी दल के हमले से बचाने के उपाय बताए जा रहे हैं।
अधिकारियों ने बताया कि राजनांदगांव में जिला स्तरीय दल गठित किए गए हैं। कृषि विभाग के अधिकारियों ने बताया कि जिले के ट्रैक्टर स्प्रेयर धारक किसानों से चर्चा कर 20 ट्रैक्टर स्प्रेयर की व्यवस्था की जा रही है।

Rajasthan: Insecticide spraying from drones; 89 fire brigade also ready
The Agriculture Department of Rajasthan has enlisted the help of a drone for spraying pesticides to control locusts in Jaipur. Drones were used in Jaipur's Samode. State Higher Education Minister Bhanwar Singh Bhati is preparing to spray 120 survey vehicles and 810 tractors to deal with locusts.
Uttar Pradesh: Locust team reached Jhansi, alert in 13 districts
The locust team reached Jhansi in Uttar Pradesh on Wednesday. Kamal Katiyar, Deputy Director of Agriculture, Jhansi division said that the locusts are being tried to drive away from the Garoutha area of Jhansi. The team is spread over an area of about one km.
Pesticides are being sprayed to repel locusts. Noise is being made by putting DJs on vehicles. Meanwhile, vigilance has been increased in 13 districts including Lalitpur, Agra, Mathura and Kanpur Dehat.
Maharashtra: Locust terror in 17 km area in Nagpur
The locust team has entered Nagpur, Maharashtra. The team is expected to move towards Ramtek city. The locust spread across a 17 km stretch first entered the fields of Khetgaon, Fetri in Kotal, Nagpur. Then reached Ashti Taluka of Wardha, where oranges and vegetable crops were damaged in some areas.
Ravi Bhosle, Divisional Joint Director of Agriculture Department, said that locusts are being tried to remove pests from the fields.
Chhattisgarh: measures are being given to protect farmers from attack
There is a possibility of lakhs of locusts in Rajnandgaon in Chhattisgarh. The administration has issued an alert regarding the possible attack of the locust. Farmers are being told of ways to protect their crops from locust attack.
Officials said that district level teams have been formed in Rajnandgaon. Officials of the Agriculture Department informed that 20 tractor sprayers are being arranged after discussing with the farmers holding tractor sprayers in the district.
Rajasthan's Agriculture Department enlisted the help of a drone for spraying pesticides to control locust contingents in Jaipur.
