वायुसेना ने दूसरे देशों के साथ अपने सभी संयुक्त सैन्य अभ्यास अगले 6 महीने के लिए रद्द कर दिए हैं। इसके अलावा महीनेभर में ही फ्रांस से चार नए राफेललड़ाकू विमान भारत लाए जा रहे हैं। इनकी तैनाती से वायुसेना की दो मोर्चों पर एक साथ लड़ने की ताकत कई गुना बढ़ जाएगी। ये बातभारत-चीन की विवादित सीमा पर बढ़ते तनाव के बीच वायुसेना प्रमुख आरकेएस भदौरिया ने दैनिक भास्कर से खास बातचीत में कही।
दुनिया के अत्याधुनिक लड़ाकू विमानों की कतार में शामिल राफेल अम्बाला एयरबेस पर तैनात होंगे। यहां से ये पलक झपकते ही लद्दाख पहुंच सकते हैं, जहां इस समय कई मोर्चों पर भारत-चीन की सेना आमने-सामने हैं।हालांकि, वायुसेना ने संयुक्त अभ्यास रद्द करने का फैसला कोरोना महामारी के चलते लिया है, लेकिन सीमा पर तनाव को देखते हुए इसे बेहद अहम माना जा रहा है।
वायुसेना हाल के समय में दो मोर्चों पर एक साथ युद्ध की तैयारी करती रही है। पिछले साल गगनशक्ति सैन्य अभ्यास में इस दिशा में अपनी क्षमता कामयाबी के साथ परखी थी। चार राफेल विमानों के आने से यह ताकत कई गुना बढ़ जाएगी।
वायुसेना प्रमुख ने कहा,'मौजूदा हालात में हमने इस साल अंतरराष्ट्रीय अभ्यास में अपनी हिस्सेदारी रद्द कर दी है। 2021 में हमारी हिस्सेदारी इस बात से तय होगी कि जमीनी हकीकत कैसे बनती है। जब हम अभ्यास शुरू करेंगे तो कोविड-19 के संदर्भ में नए नियम संयुक्त रूप से तय करेंगे।
कोरोना के कारण फ्रांस से राफेल मिलने में देरी हुई। मेरिनयाक बेस पर ट्रेनिंग ले रहे भारत के पायलट इन फाइटर विमानों को अगले महीने भारत ला रहे हैं। लद्दाख और पूर्वोत्तर क्षेत्र में सीमा के पास की अग्रिम हवाई पट्टियों से उड़ानें शुरू करने का काम भी तेजी के साथ किया जा रहा है। इन दूर-दराज की एयरफील्ड्स पर नागरिक उड़ानों से सेना और वायुसेना के कर्मियों के आवागमन में काफी मदद मिलेगी।'
83 तेजस लेना हमारी पहली प्राथमिकता, इसके बाद एलसीए मार्क-2 पर ध्यान देंगे
एयरचीफ मार्शल ने बताया कि 83 एलसीए तेजस के साथ अत्याधुनिक टेक्नोलाॅजी और हथियार लेने को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी। बजट की बंदिशों के हिसाब से हम मूवमेंट में कमी लाएंगे और 25% तक खर्च में कटौती कर लेंगे। वायुसेना ने नई जरूरतों के हिसाब से रोडमैप बनाया है।
हम 83 एलसीए तेजस हासिल करने के बाद एलसीए मार्क-2 और पांचवी पीढ़ी के स्वदेशी लड़ाकू विमान ‘एमका’ पर ध्यान देंगे। हमारा फील्ड राडार्स, सेंसर्स और हथियारों की स्वदेशी आपूर्ति पर भी जोर है। इससे आत्मनिर्भरता अभियान में तेजी आएगी। अंतरिक्ष में जाने वाले गगनयान मिशन के पायलटों ने रूस में फिर से ट्रेनिंग शुरू कर दी है।

Corona delayed receiving Rafael from France. Indian pilots taking training at Merinayak base are bringing these fighter planes to India next month. The work of starting flights from forward airstrips near the border in Ladakh and Northeast region is also being done at a rapid pace. Civilian flights to these remote airfields will greatly help in the movement of Army and Air Force personnel.
Taking 83 Tejas will be our first priority, followed by LCA Mark-2.

After acquiring 83 LCA Tejas, we will focus on LCA Mark-2 and fifth generation indigenous fighter aircraft 'Emka'. Our emphasis is also on indigenous supply of field radars, sensors and weapons.
