देश में कोरोना संक्रमितों की संख्या लगातार बढ़ती ही जा रही है। अब तक सवा लाख से ज्यादा लोग इससे संक्रमित हो चुके हैं। जबकि, साढ़े तीन हजार से ज्यादा लोग अपनी जान गंवा चुके हैं। हालांकि, इन सबके बीच अभी भी अच्छी बात ये है कि हमारा रिकवरी रेट लगातार बढ़रहा है।
30 अप्रैल तक देश में कोरोना संक्रमितों का रिकवरी रेट 25% से भी कम था, जो 23 मई तक बढ़कर 41% से भी ज्यादा हो गया। 23 मई तक देश में 69 हजार 597 ही एक्टिव केस हैं। जबकि, 51 हजार 783 लोग कोरोना से ठीक होकर डिस्चार्ज भी हो चुके हैं।
रिकवरी रेट बढ़ने का कारण : नई डिस्चार्ज पॉलिसी
स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय ने 8 मई को कोरोना संक्रमितों को छुट्टी देने को लेकर नई डिस्चार्ज पॉलिसी जारी की थी।
इसमें सिर्फ गंभीर मरीजों को ही डिस्चार्ज से पहले कोरोना टेस्ट कराना जरूरी हो गया है। जबकि, ऐसे मरीज जो बिना लक्षण वाले हैं या अगर लक्षण भी हैं तो बहुत हल्के, तो ऐसे मरीजों को 10 दिन में बिना कोरोना टेस्ट के ही डिस्चार्ज किया जा सकता है। बशर्ते, उन्हें 3 दिन तक बुखार न आया हो। हालांकि, ऐसे मरीजों को डिस्चार्ज के बाद भी 7 दिन तक होम आइसोलेशन में ही रहना जरूरी है।
वहीं, थोड़े गंभीर मरीजों को 10 दिन बाद तभी डिस्चार्ज किया जाएगा, जब उनका बुखार भर्ती होने के तीन दिन बाद ही उतर जाए और ऑक्सीजन सैचुरेशन लेवल बिना सपोर्ट के मैंटेन हो जाए। बिना लक्षण वाले, कम गंभीर और थोड़े गंभीर मरीजों को डिस्चार्ज से पहले कोरोना की जांच के लिए होने वाला आरटी-पीसीआर टेस्ट कराना जरूरी नहीं है।
पहले टेस्ट निगेटिव आने के बाद भी 14 दिन निगरानी में रहना होता था
पहले ऐसा होता था कि किसी मरीज का टेस्ट निगेटिव भी आया, तो भी उसे 14 दिन तक डॉक्टरों की निगरानी में रहने के बाद ही डिस्चार्ज किया जाता था। और जिन मरीजों की टेस्ट रिपोर्टपॉजिटिव आतीथी, उन्हें डिस्चार्ज करने से पहले कोरोना टेस्ट कराना होता था और टेस्ट निगेटिव आने पर ही डिस्चार्ज किया जाता था।
पहले बिना लक्षण वाले, कम गंभीर और ज्यादा गंभीर मरीजों तीनों के लिए ही एक जैसा प्रोटोकॉल होता था।
हमारे देश में 69% मरीज बिना लक्षण वाले
स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय के आंकड़ों के मुताबिक, देश में कोरोना के 69% मरीजों में किसी तरह के लक्षण नहीं थे। यानी, इनमें कोरोना का कोई लक्षण नहीं था, लेकिन जब टेस्ट किया गया तो कोरोना पॉजिटिव आया। हालांकि, ये आंकड़ा एक महीना पुराना है।
फिर भी देश में सबसे ज्यादा मरीज बिना लक्षणों वाले ही मिल रहे हैं। इसीलिए सरकार ने ऐसे मरीजों को 10 दिन में डिस्चार्ज करने का फैसला लिया है। इसका एक कारण ये भी है कि ऐसे मरीज डिस्चार्ज होने के बाद कोरोना संक्रमण नहीं फैलाते।
कुछ दिन पहले ही स्वास्थ्य सचिव लव अग्रवाल ने प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस में बताया था कि बिना लक्षण वाले मरीज को अगर 10 दिन तक बुखार नहीं आया है, तो वो कोरोना संक्रमण नहीं फैला सकता।
टॉप-10 सबसे प्रभावित राज्यों में रिकवरी रेट28% से 65% तक
कोरोना से बुरी तरह प्रभावित 10 राज्यों में रिकवरी रेट भी बेहतर हो रहा है। आंकड़े बताते हैं कि इन 10 राज्यों में रिकवरी रेट 28% से लेकर 65% तक है।
सबसे कम 28% रिकवरी रेट महाराष्ट्र में हैं। यहां 23 मई तक 44 हजार 582 मरीज मिल चुके हैं, जिनमें से 12 हजार 583 ठीक होकर घर जा चुके हैं। जबकि, सबसे ज्यादा 65% रिकवरी रेट आंध्र प्रदेश में हैं। यहां 2 हजार 667 मरीज मिले हैं, जिनमें से 1 हजार 731 ठीक हो चुके हैं।
