दो बड़े यूरोपीय देश और बड़ी अर्थव्यवस्थाएं भी, लेकिन कोरोनावायरस को लेकर गंभीरता के मामले में दोनों का रुख अलग। यहां बात हो रही है फ्रांस और ब्रिटेन की। फ्रांस ने शुक्रवार को देश में लॉकडाउन के बाद पहली बार बीच खोल दिए। करीब दो महीने बाद सख्ती में ढील दी गई है। ला ग्रांड मोते से इसकी शुरुआत हुई। यहां पर 66 स्पॉट रिजर्व किए गए थे। दो घंटे में ही बुकिंग फुल हो गई।
सोशल डिस्टेसिंग रखने के लिए हर स्पॉट के बीच रस्सियां लगाई गई थी। लोग भी पहुंचे, पर पूरी तरह अनुशासित दिखे। तय की गई सीमाओं में ही बैठे। सोशल डिस्टेसिंग का पालन भी किया। लोगों को एक-दूसरे के स्पॉट पार करने की अनुमति नहीं दी गई। सुबह-शाम तीन घंटे तक बीच ऐसे ही खुलेंगे। इसी अनुशासन के कारण देश में मरीज घटे हैं।
हफ्तेभर में करीब 3 हजार केस आए हैं, वहीं मौतों की संख्या भी एक हजार के आसपास रही है। प्रशासन ने लोगों को चेतावनी भी दी है कि अगर नियमों का पालन नहीं किया गया, तो बीच पर आवाजाही प्रतिबंधित कर दी जाएगी।

सोशल डिस्टेसिंग रखने के लिए हर स्पॉट के बीच रस्सियां लगाई गई थी। लोग भी पहुंचे, पर पूरी तरह अनुशासित दिखे।

ब्रिटेन: रोज 2500 से ज्यादा कोरोना के केस आ रहे
ब्रिटेन में अभी लॉकडाउन पूरी तरह नहीं हटा है। सिर्फ लोगों को काम पर लौटने की इजाजत दी गई है। इसके अलावा वॉक और वर्क आउट की भी अनुमति है। एक्सपर्ट्स का कहना है कि देश के समुद्री तटों पर पहुंच रही भीड़ देखकर ऐसा लगता है कि कोरोना संकट पूरी तरह खत्म हो गया है।
बोर्नमाउथ, डोरसेट, ब्रिग्टन के बीच हो या लंदन और एडिनबर्ग के पार्क...लोग सोशल डिस्टेसिंग बरतने को तैयार ही नहीं हैं। बच्चों को भी साथ लेकर जा रहे हैं, जबकि उन्हें स्कूल भेजने के लिए तैयार नहीं हैं। पर्यटन स्थलों पर भी भीड़ बढ़ने लगी है। पुलिस के समझाने के बावजूद लोग घरों में रहने के लिए तैयार नहीं हैं।
हाल ही में डेवन और कॉर्नवेल में कारों के कारण लंबा जाम लग गया। पुलिस कार चालकों से जुर्माना भी ले रही है, पर लोगों का आना रुका नहीं है। पिछले हफ्तेभर में ब्रिटेन में कोरोना के 18 हजार से ज्यादा मामले आए हैं, वहीं 36,393 लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है। यहां हर दिन औसतन 2,500 से ज्यादा नए मरीज मिल रहे हैं।
