काेराेना संकट के चलते मार्च से बंद स्कूल 15 जुलाई के बाद खुल सकते हैं। मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय स्कूलाें में पढ़ाई के लिए गाइडलाइंसतैयार कर रहा है, जाे जल्द जारी हो सकती है। सूत्राें के मुताबिक, एक दिन में 33% या 50% बच्चे ही स्कूल जाएंगे। उपलब्ध संसाधनों के आधार पर राज्य सरकार और स्कूल प्रशासन तय करेंगे कि कितने बच्चे बुलाने हैं।
छात्राें की संख्या के आधार पर हाथ धाेने की सुविधा, टाॅयलेट, पीने के पानी के नल आदि बढ़ाने पड़ सकते हैं। 50% छात्राें का फाॅर्मूला लागू करने वाले स्कूलों में छात्र सप्ताह में तीन और 33% का फॉर्मूला लागू करने वाले स्कूलाें में सप्ताह में 2 दिन ही स्कूल जाएंगे। बाकी दिन ऑनलाइन पढ़ाई होगी।
जून के अंतिम सप्ताह में गाइडलाइंसका रिव्यू हाेगा
संक्रमण की स्थिति के आधार पर जून के अंतिम सप्ताह में गाइडलाइंसका रिव्यू हाेगा। उसके आधार पर स्कूल खाेलने की तारीख में बदलाव भी हाे सकता है। स्कूल खाेलने या नहीं खाेलने का अंतिम फैसला भी राज्य और स्कूल प्रशासन अपने स्तर पर ही लेंगे।
मानव संसाधन मंत्री रमेश पोखरियाल निशंक ने कहा कि गाइडलाइन्स में स्कूलों में सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग और सैनिटाइजेशन का ख्याल रखा जाएगा। प्राइवेट स्कूलों के संगठन एक्शन कमेटी ऑफ एनऐडड रिकाॅग्नाइज्ड प्राइवेट स्कूल्स के जनरल सेक्रेटरी भरत अरोड़ा ने कहा कि गाइडलाइंस मिलते ही वे एसओपी तैयार कर लेंगे। उधर, दिल्ली पेरेंट्स एसाेसिएशन की अध्यक्ष अपराजिता गौतम ने कहा कि संक्रमण कम नहीं होता है तो स्कूल नहीं खोलने चाहिए।
एक से ज्यादा एंट्री-एग्जिट पाॅइंट
स्कूल खुलने से पहले दो हफ्ते तक टीचिंग और नॉन टीचिंग स्टाफ काे साेशल डिस्टेंसिंग और सैनिटाइजेशन की ट्रेनिंग दी जाएगी। बच्चों काे भी स्कूल में ध्यान रखी जाने वाली बाताें की ट्रेनिंग दी जाएगी। स्कूल में एक से ज्यादा एंट्री-एग्जिट पाॅइंट बन सकते हैं। हर क्लास के लिए टॉयलेट और पानी पीने की जगह तय हाेगी। दूसरे छात्र वहां नहीं आसकेंगे। अगर किसी क्लास में कोई संक्रमित मिला ताे इस व्यवस्था के चलते सिर्फ एक क्लास के बच्चे ही क्वारैंटाइन करने पड़ेंगे।

 Schools closed since March due to the Carena crisis may open after 15 July.  Ministry of Human Resource Development is preparing guidelines for studies in schools, it may be released soon.  According to sources, only 33% or 50% of the children will go to school in a day.  Based on the available resources, the state government and school administration will decide how many children to call.

 Depending on the number of students, facilities for hand washing, toilet, drinking water tap etc. may have to be increased.  In schools applying the formula of 50% students, students will go to school only three days a week and in schools applying 33% formula, 2 days a week.  The rest of the day will be studied online.

 Guidelines will be reviewed in the last week of June, depending on the status of the infection.  Depending on that, the date of school opening may also change.  The state and school administration will also take the final decision on whether or not to eat the school.

 Human Resources Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank said that guidelines will take care of social distancing and sanitization in schools.  Bharat Arora, general secretary of the Action Committee of Ned Recognized Private Schools, an organization of private schools, said that they would prepare the SOP as soon as the guidelines were received.  On the other hand, Aparajita Gautam, president of Delhi Parents' Association, said that schools should not be opened if the infection does not subside.

 More than one entry-exit point
 Before the school opens, training will be imparted for two weeks teaching and non-teaching staff for special distancing and sanitization.  Children will also be given training in things to be taken care of in school.  More than one entry-exit point can be made in a school.  Toilets and drinking water will be fixed for every class.  Other students will not linger there.  If someone is found infected in a class, due to this system only children of one class will have to quarantine.
