लॉकडाउन के चलते सुप्रीम कोर्ट में वीडियो काॅन्फ्रेंसिंग से सुनवाई के दौरान तकनीकी गड़बड़ियों का सिलसिला जारी है। गुरुवार को भी ऐसे ही कुछ वाकये सामने आए।एक मामले में वकील पेश नहीं हुए तो जजों को खुद उन्हें फोन लगाना पड़ा।
दरअसल, दो मामलों की सुनवाई में वकील उपस्थित नहीं हुए तो जस्टिस संजय किशन कौल ने खुद वकील को फोन लगाया। वकील ने कहा कि वे मथुरा में हैं। उनके पास वीडियो काॅन्फ्रेंसिंग से उपस्थित होने का साधन नहीं है। यह बात उन्होंने केस के एडवोकेट ऑन रिकाॅर्ड कोबताई थी।
वकील ने जस्टिस से माफी मांगी
जस्टिस कौल ने कहा कि एडवोकेट ऑन रिकाॅर्ड ने हमें जानकारी नहीं दी है। इसके बाद वकील ने माफी मांगी। जस्टिस कौल ने पूछा कि आप कब उपस्थित हो सकते हैं। वकील ने कहा कि वे लॉकडाउन की अवधि 31 मई तक मथुरा में ही रहेंगे। इसके बाद कोर्ट ने सुनवाई 1 जून तक के लिए टाल दी।
जज बोले- चेहरे की जगह छत का पंखा दिख रहा
एक मामले में सुनवाई के दौरान एक वकील का कैमरा सही दिशा में सेट नहीं था। वकील ने पूछा कि मी लॉर्ड, क्या आप मुझे सुन पा रहे हैं? जस्टिस संजय किशन कौल ने कहा कि हम आपको सुन तो पा रहे हैं, मगर आपके चेहरे की जगहघर की छत का चलता हुआ पंखा देख रहे हैं।
इस पर बेंच में शामिल सभी लोग हंस पड़े। जस्टिस कौल ने वकील को कैमरा एडजस्ट करने को कहा। वकील ने प्रयास किया, मगर सफल नहीं हुए।
बिना मदद फाइल ढूंढ़ने में गलतियां
एक मामले का नंबर आते ही जस्टिस एएम खानविलकर बाेले कि याचिका खारिज कर रहे हैं। याचिकाकर्ता के वकील ने दलील दी कि पांच जजों की बेंच ने तो मेरे पक्ष में निर्णय दिया था। जजों को अहसास हुआ तो उन्होंने दोबारा फाइल देखकर कहा कि बिना मदद फाइल ढूंढ़ते हैं, तो गलतियां हो जाती हैं। हम आपके मामले में नोटिस जारी कर रहे हैं।
जज बोले- इस सरनेम के लोग दक्षिण से होते हैं
जस्टिस ऋषिकेश रॉय की सिंगल बेंच के समक्ष एक मामले की पैरवी के लिए वीडियो काॅन्फ्रेंसिंग से मौजूद वकील से जज ने पूछा कि आप कहां के रहने वाले हैं? वकील ने पी. सोमा सुंदरम नाम बताते हुए कहा कि देहरादून से हूं। इस पर जज ने कहा कि आपका सरनेम सुंदरम है। अमूमन इस सरनेम के लोग दक्षिण भारत से होते हैं। मुझे लगा आप वहीं से हैं।
जज ने वकील से पूछा, उम्मीद है आप ठीक होंगे
एक मामले की पैरवी के लिए वरिष्ठ वकील हरीन पी. रावल पेश हुए। वकील ने कहा कि मैं पहली बार इस तकनीक का प्रयोग कर रहा हूं। मी लॉर्ड, क्या आप मुझे सुन पा रहे हैं? इस पर जस्टिस संजय किशन कौल ने कहा कि हम सुन भी पा रहे हैं और देख भी पा रहे हैं। उम्मीद करते हैं कि आप ठीक होंगे। इसके बाद कोर्ट ने सुनवाई की।

 A lawyer's camera was not set in the right direction during a case hearing.  Lawyer asked me Lord, can you hear me?  Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul said that we are able to hear you, but instead of your face you are watching the moving fan of the roof of the house.

 Everyone involved in the bench laughed at this.  Justice Kaul asked the lawyer to adjust the camera.  The lawyer tried, but did not succeed.

 Mistakes in finding help file without help

 As soon as the number of a case comes, Justice AM Khanwilkar is dismissing the petition.  The petitioner's counsel argued that the five-judge bench had given a decision in my favor.  When the judges realized that after looking at the file again, they said that if they find the file without help, then mistakes are made.  We are issuing notice in your case.

 The judge said - the people of this surname are from the south

 In a video conference to advocate a case before a single bench of Justice Hrishikesh Roy, the judge asked the judge where are you from?  Advocate named P. Soma Sundaram and said that I am from Dehradun.  The judge said that your surname is Sundaram.  Usually people of this surname are from South India.  I thought you were there.

 The judge asked the lawyer, hope you are fine

 Senior advocate Harin P. Rawal appeared for the defense of a case.  The lawyer said that I am using this technique for the first time.  Me lord can you hear me?  On this, Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul said that we are also able to hear and can also see.  Hope you are fine.  After this, the court heard.
