पूरा उत्तर भारत प्रचंड गर्मी और लू की चपेट में है।लेकिन, राजस्थान के चूरू की जमीं पर मंगलवार काे जैसे सूरज खुद उतर आया। लू की लपटाें के बीच यहां दिन का तापमान 50 डिग्री दर्ज किया गया। पिछले 10 साल में मई के माह में यह दूसरा माैका था जब सबसे अधिक तापमान रहा। इससे पहले 19 मई 2016 काे 50.2 डिग्री तापमान दर्ज किया गया था। दिल्ली में भी इस मौसम का सबसे गर्म दिन रिकाॅर्ड किया गया। दिल्ली और हरियाणा में गर्मी ने 10 साल का रिकॉर्ड तोड़ दिया।चंडीगढ़ में सुबह से झुलसाने वाली गर्मी पड़ने से मौसम का सबसे गर्म दिन रहा।
माैसम विभाग के मुताबिक, बीकानेर, गंगानगर, काेटा और जयपुर में अधिकतम तापमान क्रमश: 47.4 डिग्री, 47 डिग्री, 46.5 डिग्री और 45 डिग्री सेल्सियस दर्ज किया गया।माैसम विभाग ने चूरू, बीकानेर, हनुमानगढ़ और गंगानगर जिलाें में अगले 24 घंटाें में भीषण लू चलने की चेतावनी जारी की है। वहीं, हरियाणा, विदर्भ, पश्चिमी व पूर्वी मध्य प्रदेश और राजस्थान के लिए रेड अलर्ट जारी किया गया है। विभाग के वैज्ञानिक डाॅ. नरेश कुमार के मुताबिक, अगले दाे दिन तक हरियाणा, मध्य प्रदेश समेत देश के अन्य हिस्साें में लू चलती रहेगी।
राजस्थान: सूरज मानो धरती पर ही उतर आया
चूरूदेश-दुनिया में सबसे गर्म शहर रहा। हालांकि, पाकिस्तान के जेकोकाबाद में भी पारा 50 डिग्री दर्ज हुआ। गर्मी के सीजन में पिछले 4 साल में तीसरी बार चूरू में पारा रिकाॅर्ड स्तर पर पहुंचा है। यहां 2 जून 2019 काे पारा 50.8 और 19 मई 2016 काे 50.2 डिग्री दर्ज हुआथा। अब हीट स्ट्रोक या लू (तापघात) का खतरा बढ़ गया है। प्रशासन ने मंगलवार काे चूरू शहर की सड़काें पर पानी का छिड़काव कराया।
गर्मी का अंदाजा इसी से लगाया जा सकता है कि सुबह 8 बजे ही सूरज की किरणें आग उगलने लगी। सोमवार को चूरू में अधिकतम तापमान 47.5 डिग्री रहा था। प्रदेश में जयपुर सहित 7 शहर ऐसे रहे, जहां पारा 45 डिग्री के पार रहा। सीकर में रेलवे स्टेशन इलाके में तेज गर्मी से एक बुजुर्ग ने दम ताेड़ दिया।फलौदी में 19 मई 2016 को 51 डिग्री तापमान दर्ज हुआथा, जो राज्य में सर्वाधिक तापमान है। लेकिन यह मौसम विभाग के रिकॉर्ड में नहीं है। ऐसे में चूरू का 50.8 डिग्री तापमान ही आलओवर सर्वाधिक तापमान का रिकॉर्ड है।
हरियाणा: गर्मी ने 10 साल का रिकॉर्ड तोड़ा
हरियाणा प्रचंड गर्मी व लू की चपेट में है। मंगलवार को हिसार में दिन का तापमान 48 डिग्री सेल्सियस पर पहुंच गया, जो सामान्य से 5 डिग्री ज्यादा है। यह मई महीने में 10 साल का रिकॉर्ड तापमान है। इससे पहले, 26 मई 2010 को 48.1 तापमान रहा था। इस बार भी 26 मई को ही सर्वाधिक गर्मी हुई है। दोपहर में 10 किमी प्रति घंटा की गति से चली लू व गर्मी की तपन ऐसी थी कि लोग कहते दिखे कि कत्ती फूंक दिए रै। वहीं, नारनौल में रात का पारा भी 31 डिग्री पहुंच गया।
दिल्ली: 2010 के बाद पालम में सबसे गर्म दिन
राजधानी में दूसरे दिन लू का प्रकोप रहा। यहां के पालम इलाके में तापमान 47.6 दर्ज किया गया। इसके पहले 18 मई 2010 को यही तापमान रिकॉर्ड किया गया था। मौसम विभाग के मुताबिक, 29 मई 1944 को सफदरगंज में पारा 47.2 तक पहुंचा था। 26 मई 1968 को पालम में तापमान 48.4 रिकॉर्ड किया गया था।गुरुवार को दिल्ली में वेस्टर्न डिस्टर्बेंस के चलते तेज हवा चल सकती है।
मध्य प्रदेश: भीषण गर्मी का सितम बरकरार
राजधानी भोपालमें 0.5 डिग्री गिरावट के बावजूद पारा लगातार तीसरे दिन 44 डिग्री पर रहा। मालवा के उज्जैन, इंदाैर और धार जिले काे छाेड़कर पूरे प्रदेश में गर्म हवा और लू से लाेग बेहाल रहे। प्रदेश के बुंदेलखंड और विंध्य इलाके के शहर व कस्बे सबसे ज्यादा तपे। बुंदेलखंड का खजुराहाे प्रदेश में सबसे गर्म रहा। वहां तापमान 46.4 डिग्री और इसी क्षेत्र के नाैगांव में 46.3 डिग्री दर्ज किया गया। बुंदेलखंड के ही दमाेह में पारा 45.5 डिग्री और टीकमगढ़ में 45 डिग्री पर पहुंचा। विंध्य क्षेत्र का रीवा सबसे गर्म रहा। वहां तापमान 45.8 डिग्री और सीधी में 45.0 डिग्री दर्ज किया गया।
बिहार:सात जिलों को अलर्ट रहने का निर्देश
आपदा प्रबंधन विभाग ने भीषण गर्मी के मद्देनजर लू से निपटने के लिएदक्षिण बिहार के 7 जिलों को अलर्ट रहने का निर्देश दिया है। गया, औरंगाबाद, नवादा, नालंदा, अरवल, जहानाबाद और कैमूर के जिलाधिकारियों को पिछले साल के अनुभव को देखते हुए विशेष सतर्कता बरतने का निर्देशहै। नौतपा के दूसरे दिन भी पटना में पारा 40 डिग्री से ऊपर रहा। पटना में अधिकतम तापमान 40.8, तो गया में 45.8 डिग्री सेल्सियस डिग्री दर्ज किया गया।बिहार के अधिकतर जिलों में दो दिनों तक भीषण गर्मी का प्रकोप रहेगा। इस दौरान अधिकतम तापमान 43 डिग्री तक पहुंचने की संभावना है।

मौसम विभाग ने असम और मेघालय में 26 से 28 मई के बीच बहुत भारी बारिश होने की चेतावनी दी है। विभाग ने कहा कि ज्यादातर स्थानों पर बारिश की संभावना है। वहीं कुछ स्थानों पर भारी से बहुत भारी वर्षा होने का अनुमान है। आईएमडी के राष्ट्रीय मौसम पूर्वानुमान केंद्र की प्रमुख सैथी देवी ने कहा कि बंगाल की खाड़ी से दक्षिण-पश्चिम हवाओं के तेज प्रवाह के कारण इन दोनों राज्यों में नमी बहुत बढ़ गई है। इसके अलावा अन्य भौगोलिक वजहों से दोनों राज्यों में बहुत भारी बारिश होगी।
आईएमडी के महानिदेशक मृत्युंजय महापात्र ने कहा कि असम और मेघालय में अगले तीन दिनों के लिए रेड वॉर्निंगजारी की गई है। उन्होंने कहा कि पूर्वोत्तर भारत में अधिकतम बारिश मई में और उसके बाद जून में होती है।
