पुरी के जगन्नाथ मंदिर में रथयात्रा को लेकर अभी भी संशय चल रहा है। पिछले 48 घंटे में कोरोना के 30 से पॉजिटिव केस पुरी जिले में दर्ज किए गए हैं। इसके बाद फिर से जिले में सख्ती बढ़ने और रथयात्रा के निकलने को लेकर असमंजस की स्थिति है। हालांकि, इस सब के बीच रथ निर्माण का काम तेजी से चल रहा है। 23 जून को रथयात्रा निकलनी है। इसके पहले 5 जून को मंदिर में पूर्णिमा उत्सव भी होगा। इसमें भगवान जगन्नाथ, बलभद्र और सुभद्रा देवी की मूर्तियों को स्नान कराया जाता है। इसके लिए अभिषेक में लगने वाले 170 गरबाड़ू सेवकों का कोरोना टेस्ट किया गया है। रिपोर्ट निगेटिव आने पर ही उन्हें पूर्णिमा स्नान में शामिल होने की अनुमति दी जाएगी।
5 जून को पूर्णिमा उत्सव होना है। इसमें पवित्र त्रिमूर्ति (भगवान जगन्नाथ, बलभद्र और सुभद्रा) को सुगंधित जल से अभिषेक-स्नान कराया जाएगा। ये उत्सव रथयात्रा से जुड़ा है और इससे बड़े पैमाने पर मनाया जाता है। हालांकि, इस साल इसे मंदिर परिसर में ही गिनती के लोगों की उपस्थिति में मनाया जाएगा। इस उत्सव में 108 सुगंधित जल के घड़ों से भगवान का अभिषेक स्नान कराया जाएगा। इस पर्व में जो सेवक शामिल होते हैं उन्हें गरबाड़ू कहा जाता है। ये लोग ही पूर्णिमा स्नान की पूरी विधि का संचालन करते हैं। मंदिर प्रशासक पीके जेना के मुताबिक मंदिर समिति ने फैसला लिया है कि सभी गरबाड़ू सेवकों का कोरोना टेस्ट किया जाएगा।

• रथयात्रा से जुड़ा महत्वपूर्ण उत्सव है पूर्णिमा स्नान

रथयात्रा निकलने से लगभग 15 दिन पहले होने वाला पूर्णिमा स्नान उत्सव काफी महत्वपूर्ण है। हर साल ये बड़े पैमाने पर मनाया जाता है। लेकिन, इस बार मंदिर समिति ने तय किया है कि कुछ ही लोगों की मौजूदगी में आयोजित किया जाएगा। इसी उत्सव में 108 घड़ों के पानी से स्नान के बाद भगवान की तबीयत खराब होती है और उन्हें कुछ दिन एकांत में रखा जाता है। औषधियां दी जाती हैं। इसके बाद जैसे ही भगवान ठीक होते हैं, उन्हें मौसी के घर गुंडिचा मंदिर ले जाता है। अपने-अपने रथों में सवार भगवान जगन्नाथ, बलभद्र और सुभद्रा 8 दिन के लिए जाते हैं ।

23 जून को निकलने वाली रथयात्रा के लिए युद्ध स्तर पर काम हो रहा है। रथ निर्माण में लगे 150 से ज्यादा विश्वकर्मा सेवक रथ को आकार देने में जुटे हैं।

8 मई से शुरू हुआ रथ निर्माण तेजी से चल रहा है। रथ धीरे-धीरे आकार ले रहा है। हालांकि, अम्फान तूफान के कारण दो दिन के लिए रथ निर्माण में बाधा आई थी। लेकिन, उसके बावजूद 23 जून से पहले रथों को तैयार करने के लिए विश्वकर्मा सेवक पूरी जी जान से लगे हैं। मंदिर समिति और जिला प्रशासन भी कोरोना वायरस के चलते इनकी सेहत पर विशेष निगरानी रख रहा है। मुख्य जिला चिकित्सा अधिकारी डॉ. नीलकंठ मिश्रा के मुताबिक कर्मचारियों को समय-समय पर कोरोना से सावधानी के बारे में बताया जा रहा है। उनके लिए कैंप भी लगाए जा रहे हैं। नियमित रूप से उनकी सेहत पर निगरानी रखी जा रही है।
